Gary Herman Joins Flyte’s Board of Advisors and Assumes Strategic Role with CEOBLOC

Creatd, Inc. (OTC: $CRTD), a digital-first technology and investment platform, today announced that Gary Herman, a seasoned investor and advisor with extensive experience in public markets and the aviation sector, has joined the board of advisors at Flyte, a Creatd portfolio company. In addition, Mr. Herman has taken on a strategic advisory role at CEOBLOC, where he will help shape the ongoing development of Creatd’s aviation sector roll-up strategy.

Mr. Herman currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADN), a leader in hydrogen fuel cell technology. Over the course of his distinguished career, Mr. Herman has held senior leadership and advisory roles across investment banking, fund management, and high-growth public companies. His decades of experience make him uniquely equipped to support Flyte’s growth strategy.

In his roles with Flyte and CEOBLOC, Mr. Herman will focus on advancing strategic partnerships, capital markets positioning, and overall governance in support of Creatd’s mission to build a dominant aviation platform through targeted acquisitions. His credentials as a licensed Commercial Pilot further deepen his relevance and value to Flyte’s aviation-focused mandate.
