Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of Creatd, Inc.'s internal QuickBooks Online integration ("Application"). By connecting QuickBooks to this Application, you agree to these terms.

Authorized Use

The Application is provided for internal business use by authorized Creatd personnel only. You may not use the Application for any purpose outside legitimate Creatd business operations.

Third-Party Services

The Application connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's API. Your use is also subject to Intuit's Developer Terms and QuickBooks Online terms of service.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Creatd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

Changes

Creatd may modify or discontinue the Application at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
