Creatd CEO Jeremy Frommer Files Form 4 and Announces Twitter Space Town Hall for 3:00PM Today

Published on June 11, 2023

NEW YORK, N.Y., June 12, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Creatd, Inc. $VOCL; ("Creatd" or the "Company"), the parent company of Vocal, today announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Jeremy Frommer, has filed a Form 4 in association with a purchase of shares. In addition, Mr. Frommer will be hosting a Twitter Space Town Hall today at 3:00 PM EST.

Stated Jeremy Frommer, CEO and Chairman, “We are facing unprecedented times in the small and microcap market. The first step is to accept that the system is broken. Then, we must begin to cultivate a culture of education in the broader financial system. Short selling—which, let’s remember, essentially means betting against the success of a company—no longer provides the value it was intended to foster. Decades of advancement in technology and corporate transparency have rendered the mechanisms of short selling obsolete. Yellen and other talking heads who have found themselves in positions of power must stop perpetuating the myth that short selling as it currently exists is of benefit to the market. Clearly, it is not.”

The Twitter Space Town Hall is an opportunity for shareholders, investors, and members of the public to engage directly with the management team, gaining insight into Creatd's vision, strategy, and the future direction of the company. Participants will have the chance to ask questions, provide feedback, and discuss various aspects of Creatd's operations and growth plans.

Creatd encourages everyone interested in the company and its future to join this interactive session and be part of the conversation.
