Creatd, Inc. (OTCQB: CRTD) (“Creatd” or the “Company”) today announced the appointment of Arthur Rosen to its Board of Directors, enhancing its financial leadership and strategic execution capabilities.
Mr. Rosen brings over two decades of experience in hedge fund management, capital markets, and digital media investing. His previous roles include President and co-founder of LionEye Capital Management, where he oversaw the firm’s growth to $1.5 billion in assets, and Managing Director at Ramius. Mr. Rosen also worked at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), where he collaborated closely with Creatd CEO Jeremy Frommer.
“Arthur and I share a history of building in high-stakes financial environments,” said Frommer. “His insight and discipline will be instrumental as we continue refining our capital markets strategy.”
